Please Stop Using IE

Everytime IE fails to display a web page correctly, God tortures a cute web designer. At this rate, it’s pitfall. If this keeps going on in five years you will not see any cute web designers anymore. You will only find bald fat and frustrated ones.
No, seriously people. Use something else to browse the internet for cuteness’ sake. If everyone stop using it, then web designers don’t have to worry about their code breaks in IE and they will have more spare time (approximately 120% more).
Web designers tend to do more design when they have more time, which means they get richer more rapidly. And when they’re rich, they will quit the day job and spend the rest of their lives on a dark basement somewhere with very fast internet connection. Thus contributing to stop global warming and letting us to (again) mind our own businesses. Heck, you don’t have to ever see us again! Sounds great or what?
Yeah? Then switch to another browser already!
Firefox is a great option, but if you decide to skip that one there’s still plenty of cool internet browsers you can try. Hint: Opera, Safari, Flock and.. Lynx (perhaps)?

But you have to please everybody, right? Take a look at browser surveys and you will find IE at the top (or at least number two).
It’s a pain in the ass but you got to deal with it.

@daus: one thing tho, if we manage to make people not to use IE anymore the world will be a much better place. Web designers are happy, users are safer and lots of other yada yada, nay?
yup stop using it. my blog only works on firefox and opera. ie break everything on my page.
iya neh,desain blog saya banyak dikritik ,,usut punya usut,mereka pake ie,,uuh padahal kalo di firefox tampilannya baek2 aja.. :(

IE is not bad, it’s just not good at all…
at least it should upgrade to IE 7 or use on “best view on IE” only :)
yah that’s why much people show badge of “Download Mozilla Firefox”, it’s like anti IE campaign :p

One more vote for Opera. IE do suck, but I must write my code so it will look great on IE too.
